Who we need a response from

If you receive a letter by post it will clearly detail:

  • If all the information on the form is correct you do not need to respond OR
  • You must respond. 

If your letter states that you do not need to respond BUT there has been a change to the information on your form, you must respond with details of your change.

You must respond to the canvass communication when:

  • any information on the form is incorrect, OR
  • there are people eligible to register to vote at the address who are not included on the form OR
  • the form that you receive states that you must respond.
