From its creation, Vale Park has been an inspirational place, where people have created wonderful memories. Our Celebration Garden is the perfect spot to celebrate these and other amazing times.

Whether it is to mark a Golden Wedding anniversary, the birth of a child, or celebrating the life of a loved one, our Celebration Garden gives you the chance to immortalise your chosen life event in stone. The Celebration Garden is located in the old Rose Garden in the beautiful Victorian Vale Park on the banks of the River Mersey.

Sizes

The honed black granite celebration stones come in two sizes:

Small: 300mm x 300mm

Large: 600mm x 300mm

Inscriptions

The size of the stone dictates the number of letters and spaces that can be carved into it.

Small stones have a maximum of 50 characters and large stones a maximum of 75 characters. A character can be a letter, a number, a space, or a piece of punctuation.

Duplicate Stones

A duplicate stone can be ordered at the same time as your celebration stone for private use or as a gift for an additional cost.

Preview, Text and Proofs

The way that the text of your stone is carved will be set by the mason and a proof created and sent to you to approve.

Prices

All prices include the cost of the stone, the inscription and fitting of the stone in the Celebration Garden.
