Parking charges apply in the following Country Parks in Wirral between 8am to 6:30pm on all days (except Christmas Day):
- Arrowe Country Park
- Eastham Country Park
- Royden Country Park
- Wirral Country Park

Blue Badge holders may park free of charge and without time limit provided that a valid blue badge is clearly on display in the vehicle.
How to pay
Pay and display machines do not accept cash. We are only able to accept card payments, phone payments or payments through the JustPark app. Full details on how to pay for your parking and location ID can be found on the parking machine.
Annual parking permit
Annual parking permits are available for parking in the country parks. Parking permits are paid in advance. The permit costs £100 for 12 months.
A permit does not guarantee the availability of parking spaces.
Apply for a parking permit for country parks
Renewing your permit
To renew your Country Park Parking Permit, please log on to your NSL Apply account, and select the Renew option. This option will become available 28 days prior to your current permit expiry date.
If your current permit has expired you will be unable to renew it and will be required to apply for a new parking permit.
