The Planned Preventative Maintenance Section covers many areas, including routine planned upgrades and replacement of the various building structures. It also covers the maintenance of plumbing, electrical systems, fire alarm systems, etc.

- construction of 4G AstroTurf Pitches including floodlighting at Guinea Gap Sports Centre
