Blue badges and parking for people with disabilities

If you have a disability, a Blue Badge allows you to use designated parking spaces and park in paid parking zones for longer periods of time. Blue Badge holders can be either the driver or the passenger of the vehicle.

Blue Badges belong to the person with a disability and must not be used by anyone other than the person with a disability.

What if I cannot apply online?

You can ask another person to apply on your behalf if you would struggle to make an online application yourself.
