Primary education information for parents - Getting ready for school: is your child immunised?

Some children may start school not fully immunised. This puts them at risk of catching diseases such as measles. These diseases can spread quickly in nurseries and schools.

This is a good time to ask your GP for any immunisations that were missed when your child was younger. It is never too late to have your child immunised.
